Root Canals

Endodontic therapy, or root canal therapy, is a valuable tool in prolonging the life of a tooth that is diseased. To eliminate disease in these teeth, Dr. Denison can perform a root canal procedure, in which he removes the infected part of the tooth and seals up the space, eliminating any infection and providing an alternative to extraction. (We know that many people are fearful of even hearing the words 'root canal' but we want you to know that the techniques for performing root canals have greatly improved, and these days it is just like getting a filling, and nothing to be nervous about.)
